Jamie Colby
Colby, National News Anchor and Correspondent for Fox News has worked there since July 2003. Colby was anchor, reporter and also as a correspondent at CBS News before moving to FOX News Channel. Colby has also been a fill-in for CBS Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is a lawyer licensed to be a lawyer across New York, California, Florida as well as the District of Columbia. Colby has been awarded such awards as the Edward R. Murrow National Award in 2002 for her reporting on the September 11 attacks, the Gracie Award for investigative reporting in 2000; and she was awarded the Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week also named her one of the "Rising News Star To Be Watching". Colby worked as an attorney who, along with her professional career as a journalist, also worked for 10 years as a private practitioner. Colby began her legal career through an Hollywood entertainment business that brought her on The Tonight Show. When she was 22, she worked as a reporter for Johnny Carson during his contract renewal with NBC and the divorce. In January 2015, Colby has served as anchor and reporter for the Fox Business show, Strange Inheritance, which covers quirky or unanticipated legacy left by friends or family
