Dina Meyer is an New York native who was raised within Forest Hills Queens. She made the move from Queens to Dix Hills Long Island just before she finished her junior high. There are two of her siblings: an older brother named Gregory and a younger brother called Evan. Her first experience in the world of entertainment came in the form of modeling between the ages of nine and sixteen. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the actors to receive this kind of education. The actress was a part of Beverly Hills 90210, and was forced to relocate to Los Angeles to take the part. The first film she appeared in was Johnny Mnemonic. She did all of the stunts in the movie, and it established her as an athlete actor. Her agent was Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent she managed to land a regular role on Friends.
